Black Cohosh is a traditional herb for women with mild estrogen-like activity. It is especially helpful during menstruation and menopause. Cohosh is a Native American word meaning "rough", which is descriptive of the herb's rugged black root.

Directions:

Adults: Take 1 or 2 capsules once or twice daily. May be used up to 6 months.
