Fenugreek is an annual Mediterranean and Asiatic herb with aromatic seeds. Fenugreek is used around the world as a culinary spice and food that is soothing to the stomach. It has also been used to help increase breast milk production.

Directions:

Do not use if you are taking any medication. Do not use if you are undergoing hypoglycemic therapy, hormonal therapy, or anti-coagulant therapy, or are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors. Do not use if you are pregnant.
